What does TERRE do?

Which projects is it developing?
The proposal “The building as a self-contained entity”, on the legal status of each building under the new Property Code, and SellerShield. Three further projects, AirDuke, TOGETHER‑D and BELL, are in preparation.
Why now?
Artificial intelligence is already here and producing real work. The value of the data it produces depends on how that data is used, not on how it is stored.
