Alexandros Doukakis

Alexandros Doukakis is the founder and CEO of TERRE ike, an Athens-based company that uses artificial intelligence to turn data into solutions with measurable results.
He has almost twenty years of experience in the banking sector, in training, European programmes, marketing and digital transition. He proposed the adoption of e‑learning, mapped the transition, completed the digitisation of training material and managed the learning platform. He held a coordinating and executive role in the Bank of Greece certifications for bank employees in investment advice and insurance mediation, one of the principal interbank projects.
In 2017 he left salaried employment by choice and founded Acavo, a property management and development company. The rapid progress of technology, alongside Greece’s move to fibre networks, led him to found TERRE ike in 2025.
